The bottom feeders are a three-piece semi-acoustic pop folk rock band based out of the La Crosse, Wisconsin/Winona, Minnesota area. The band is made up of drums, bass, harmonica and guitars (electric acoustic mix).

With nearly 100 years of live music experience the band produces eclectic mix of contemporary soft rock. The band is based on original material written by James Grant (mudcat). In addition the band performs covers from artists like; Sting, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Peter Gabriel and others.

In 1995 James released his first CD "Not The Only World" on Oarfin Records. The title track can be sampled on mp3.com. The CD can be purchased on-line from cdbaby.com.
